First Choice Realtors believes in going the extra mile to help customers and clients by serving their real estate needs with integrity, hard work, and friendliness. We also believe in being active in the communities we serve. Below are a few examples of our support and involvement over the years.
Since 1998, First Choice Realtors & Bridge Street Middle School have been “Partners in Education” supporting their yearly Steak Fry and adopting a family of the school each Christmas.
From 2003 to 2006, First Choice Realtors sponsored the First Choice Boy’s Colt Baseball Team in Moundsville, WV.
Everyone loves a circus! In March 2007, First Choice became a sponsor of the Osiris Shrine Circus held in Wheeling, WV.
Since 2007, First Choice has been a sponsor of the West Liberty Lions Variety Show in West Liberty, WV. A supporter of local athletics, First Choice has been a ballfield banner sponsor of the John Marshall High School baseball team, and a sponsor of a First Choice girl’s pigtail softball team in Marshall County.
Oglebayfest is a local festival held each year October at Oglebay Park Resort. In October 2007, First Choice was proud to be a gold sponsor of the Horse Hitch-Class at the Ohio County Fair held during Oglebayfest.
Braving the cold, owners, and several First Choice Realtors participated in the Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade for their first time in 2007.
Wellsburg is a family-oriented town and one of the favorite annual festivals held is the Wellsburg Applefest. As of way of introducing themselves to the community, First Choice supports the festival by having a booth in October of 2008.
As 2008 wound down, the owners of First Choice Realtors, along with agents, Shirley Dvorcek, Dee Funari, Mary Fran Kowalo, Cindy McLean, Mechelle Robinson & Jill Zavolta, once again showed their support and became Platinum Sponsors of the Horse Hitch-Class at the Ohio County Fair during Oglebayfest in October held at Oglebay Park & Resort, Wheeling, WV.
First Choice Realtors closed the year as Fantasy of Lights Christmas parade participants, but this year surprised parade goers with a beautiful horse-drawn Cinderella Carriage with Miss Bailey Roberts serving as Cinderella, along with bundled-up agents wearing “First Choice is Santa’s Choice” sweatshirts.
