About Jane Ann
I have lived in New Martinsville, WV my entire life. I have 3 wonderful children and 6 beautiful grandchildren. August of 2023 was the beginning of my 30th year in real estate. At present, I am an Associate Broker and partner at First Choice Realtors. We opened our New Martinsville office on March 1, 2023. Listing and selling houses is a passion of mine. I've made many new friends over the years - some have been return customers. I serve customers in West Virginia and Ohio.
In addition to my real estate license, I hold a Certified Residential Appraiser license also in West Virginia and Ohio.
